Description: In this course, we will delve into the application of economic principles to our daily experiences, aiming to understand the factors influencing human happiness. Questions such as "What constitutes happiness?" and "How do we make choices that lead to happiness?" are central to our exploration. We will analyze consumer behavior, including preferences, store selection, and the influence of various factors on consumption decisions. Additionally, we will examine the economic implications of consumerism on trade and the environment. Moreover, we consider the role of ethics and empathy in both individual consumer decisions and policymaking endeavors.
