Instructor's comments about the book list: The price quoted for the text is for e-rental via Amazon. The e-book version is also available on Vital Source and Red Shelf. Paperback copies may be ordered direct from the publisher, Amazon, or any other sources. There ought to be used copies available. The Anthology of scores, which we will need in class, is not yet listed as an e-book but Oxford is digitizing it. It will be available on Red Shelf and Vital Source and Amazon and should be available by the start of school. You can also purchase the text and anthology as a package from Oxford or Amazon if you prefer hard copies. All other materials for class will be provided on Moodle.
