This is NOT the complete book list for this class.
Instructor's comments about the book list: This book can be rented for significantly cheaper through Amazon. Students may also purchase used copies or copies from the publisher. I am working hard to get electronic copies of the readings posted to Moodle. The textbook is recommended.
