Description: The Pilates Method offers a slow-building repertoire of stabilizing and mobilizing exercises that work the entire body. Focus is on use of breath, core strength, and full body connection. Students will learn and build on the basic exercises that strengthen the major muscle groups of the body creating length and flexibility in an integrated way.
